 When you open the add-in it automatically
calculates the sum in the selected table column. If several columns
(rows) are selected it is necessary to make an expression of
the names of columns (rows) and then the sum of results of this expression
for the selected cells in the table will be calculated.
Results in rows are summed from top to bottom
or in columns from left to right. One can set conditions in the window Filter when
columns (rows) are summed.
One can use the add-in to calculate any
expression using either the names of selected columns (rows) or without
them being included into the expression. One can include into the expression
arithmetic and string operators and VBA functions.
The add-in provides autofilling columns
(rows) of the table with set values or calculation results and also with formulas
(by Word fields). During autofilling one can set conditions in the
Filter window.
Moreover one can add dates, numbers, a selected
fragment in the text or in the table to the expression by
pressing the left mouse button one time. To perform this function one
must switch on the Mouse insertion mode or hold the controlling combination
of keys.
Note: when
inserted dates will be transformed into days, time will be transformed into
seconds.
The purpose of these controlling elements can
be seen on their captions and also on screen tips when the
pointer pauses on them.
To perform the basic operations one can use the
context menu that can be opened with the right button of the mouse.
Calculations can be made in the calculator
mode.
The last 50 calculations are kept in the
calculation history. Some comment additions to the history can be added
by the add-in.
The add-in can be called in its minimized
window mode.
There can also be made the card text of the set
number in the Card Text window.
 The add-in that hasn't been registered is
in the demonstration mode.
The
add-in Sumsbox can be included into the class of macros, additions, utilities
for the Microsoft Office Word and is intended to speed up office,
engineering, accounting or other calculations.
